I was born in South Korea and my family relocated to the suburbs of Mississauga when I was just a child. Settling into a new country and culture was a transformative experience. I discovered the boundless opportunities that education could offer, both for personal growth and community connection. I pursued a career in education and see firsthand how important the school environment is in shaping young minds and providing a sense of place in the world. Today, I am a parent to two wonderful children, one in grade 2 at Sunningdale and the other in SK. I've seen how their teachers and the school staff are not just educators but also mentors and role models who play a vital role in shaping their character. I look forward to contributing to the vibrant educational and community life at Sunningdale through School Council.
