Support Sunningdale's Fundraising event

Sunningdale Public School is looking for local and community-minded businesses to support our upcoming family fun fair, Foire Fantastique, on Thursday, June 12 (rain date: June 13). All students, families and neighbours are invited to attend this event where we will have inflatables, games, entertainment and much more. With an estimated attendance of 500 students and their family members, this is a tremendous opportunity to promote your business to local Oakville families!

There are three ways your business can support our fundraising event:

Silent Auction Donation
Community Table
Event Sponsorship

All proceeds from this fundraising event will be used to enhance and enrich our students' education and school experience. If you are interested in supporting our event or have any questions, please contact sunningdale.events@gmail.com. Thank you for your time and consideration.

SILENT AUCTION DONATION

One of the popular features at the fun fair is our silent auction. We rely on the generosity of local businesses and organizations like yours to donate a gift certificate or an item that can be auctioned at the event. Donors will be recognized on the School Council website and on promotional materials related to the silent auction.

COMMUNITY TABLE

Local businesses and vendors have the opportunity to book a community table at the fun fair to promote and sell their products, services or programs within the community for a nominal fee of $60. Businesses/vendors will be recognized on the School Council website and on promotional materials related to the community tables.

EVENT SPONSORSHIP

Businesses have the opportunity to become an event sponsor of a specific featured attraction. For example, your business could sponsor one of five inflatable rides that will be featured at the fun fair.

Sponsorship Levels:

$500 - Inflatable Ride (five sponsorships available)
$400 - Picnic Tables
$250 - Face Painting
$250 - Henna Station
$250 - Snack Shack

Event sponsors will be recognized for their support in the following ways:

Signage at the event that acknowledges each feature’s sponsor.
Recognition on event-related promotional materials including school newsletters, parent emails, event map, brochures, etc.
Company name and logo on the School Council website.
Recognition on social media posts about the event.
Sponsor thank-you that will be issued post-event to students/families.
